HPFP Internals 10mm "Stage 2"

The power increase of 2.0 TFSI EA113 engines well beyond OEM power levels requires additional fuel volume to prevent "fuel cuts."

In many cases, the factory fuel pump begins to suffer from pressure loss as power increases.

The limitation of the fuel volume that the high-pressure pump can handle depends on the displacement of the cylinder pressurizing the pump's interior.

This kit allows you to replace the internal components responsible for fuel pressure and volume reaching your injectors to meet higher power demands.

For a maximum of 600 to 650 hp on VAG engines

Technical Facts

10mm diameter shaft - up to 2000psi
Ferro-nitro-carbonation treatment to a depth of 0.15-0.25 mm.
Surface hardness of 61HRC on the ring and rod.
Nitriding alloy 42CD4 (42CrMo4).
Good thermal resistance and resistance to shocks or thermal cracks.
